Picture this – you fill out all the details for a new client in your accounts production software (registered address, business address, the works) but then remember you have to slog through the same process in your practice management software. Well, here at Bright, we believe that your time is too valuable for redundant tasks like these.
That’s why we’re thrilled to share that the BrightAccountsProduction and BrightManager integration is officially here, starting out with our client lists. By linking the two systems, client details are automatically synced across both platforms, eliminating having to enter the same information twice. Wondering how to take advantage of this integration? We’ve got a couple of ideas up our sleeves for you.
Link Your BrightManager and BrightAccountsProduction Clients
After merging or creating a new client in BrightManager, their details will sync up and appear in BrightAccountsProduction. You can quick merge, or custom merge and choose what information you want to keep from either system. This keeps client info up to date in both platforms and lets you easily access your accounts production clients from BrightManager.
Want to transfer your BrightManager clients to BrightAccountsProduction? No problem! Just hit the “Create in Surf” button in this section, and watch as your clients appear in both platforms. Just remember to update their address info and internal reference number first.
You can also hit the “Create in Surf AP” button, and once merged, they’ll appear in your linked clients. If the button is disabled, again make sure you’ve entered a valid address and internal reference number for the client first.
